We are very passionate about what our classes offer, which is a community of people coming together to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Our Bio’s

Hi, I am Tad, a background in the fitness industry for 13 years, starting Sims Fitness in April 2017, which has now evolved to Sims Movement.

I am so passionate about the work that I do, I love to see people thrive and get stronger physically, mentally and socially. I have my dream job, and look forward to many more years of helping others on their path to wellness.

Hi, I’m Haylee.
Whyalla born & bred, I’m always finding ways to be active in my everyday life.

I fell in love with Pilates after my first session and love the way it challenges you while building strength and helping mobility.

I can’t wait to get in the studio and work with everyone.

Like many of you, I fell in love with Pilates from my first class & it personally re-ignited the passion & love I have for movement.

Hi everyone.  I’m Caitlin!
Pilates has taught me to embrace movement, challenge myself and move fearlessly.

After my first session I fell in love with how it makes me feel physically and mentally, I always leave the studio with the biggest smile on my face.

Hi everyone.  I’m Christie.  I have been on my health journey with Tara (Sims Movement) for over 4 years, we have been through so much together! 

Tara has also supported me in my weight loss journey, always pushing me to better myself and to run through classes with a clear mind and positive soul.

Now I’m on the other side working hard for Tara and giving back to people positive vibes that Tara always gave me.

The first time I jumped on a Reformer, I LOVED IT! Pilates is a complete body workout, it works you from the inside out.

Pilates has increased my energy levels and my overall body strength, which in turn has increased me outlook on life.

I’m looking forward to starting the Pilates journey with you.

Exercise is a big part of my life, I like the way it makes me feel and it is rewarding seeing people get stronger. 

I’ve loved Pilates from day 1, it’s always been the most challenging core workout and it still is.

Pilates has so much to offer, it strengthens your body, improves mobility and coordination, range of motion and the list goes on.
