It’s Whyalla Running Festival week 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 🙌🏼

In support of @astridahartwig running on behalf of Linsey’s Legacy Gynaecological Cancer Foundation, and trying to raise money to spread awareness around gynaecological cancers, we would like to extend a donation.

$2 from each pair of SM powder blue grip socks
$2 from each visor in black or white

Will be donated to @linseyslegacy

All items available on the app to purchase, or you can contact me to arrange payment.
Currently 20 pairs of socks and 15 visors are left.

I’ll be out there on to the course too 🏃‍♀️ and many of other our others members have registered so come cheer everyone on 👏🏽

Yesterday was Kristen’s last class before jet setting ✈️ to Paris 🇫🇷 to watch her son Leigh compete in the men’s cycling events for the Olympic Games!!!
If only cousin @sharnahoffman was in class too… it might have made for 3 people crying 😆

Kristen, we are SO excited for you to watch your boy compete for our country 💚💛
We know all the support you have given him over the years to help him achieve this huge milestone.

Whyalla will be cheering loud and proud… GO LEIGH!

What an absolute pleasure it was for me to see these kids and their parents, and siblings, and friends, giving Pilates a go.

Sometimes for me to stand back and watch what I see through my eyes is such a blessing.

Everyone put in all their effort, encouraged each other and hopefully a had some of fun along the way.

Thank you to all the families who gave our holiday classes a go. We hope to run more of these in the future ! 🤩

A very big farewell to our lovely @jacintahurle who has set off for the west!

Many of you will know Jacinta as the lovely young lady in all of our classes. I think I speak for everyone when I say that we genuinely look forward to being in class with Jacinta.

A dedicated member, and a friend for us all. I will miss seeing you so often, and can’t wait for you to come back and visit.

As we enter a new financial year, we have made the decision to bring expiries on to pass cards. We would much rather implement this, than raise our prices.

Stretch 🌙

Such a popular class, especially in winter when it’s nice and cosy in the studio. Lights out, chilled tunes on ✨

It’s the perfect antidote to aching tired muscles, post sport stretch out, recovery for runners, zen time, and gentle “entry level Pilates” for the beginner. In other words…everyone needs stretch class in their life!

We are considering adding an extra stretch class to the studio over winter so keep your eyes peeled for that to pop up sometime in June 💫

Spider Pilates 🕷️

Look I have the odd premonition from time to time 🤣 I planned spider kicks in today’s class and took the props a little too literally.

@kristenking754 poor Kristen this BIG guy was hiding near her machine, so we kept him safe under a cup (didn’t want to stop the class there 🤣) and then she bravely exited him out of the studio after class!

Not all hero’s wear capes!! 🦸‍♀️

Funny how side lying legs always brings SILENCE to the room, followed by threats to the instructor , swear words and punching bums 🤣 IYKYK

This hurts me just to watch 🔥
